What You'll Do...

You will partner closely with leaders across the business to structure a vision for Talent Acquisition aligned with MoonPay's short-term and long-term goals. Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process across critical technical functions such as Engineering, Data, Security, and IT. Collaborate with the Talent team on strategic projects including employer branding, process optimization, documentation, and DEI initiatives. Leverage data to optimize hiring processes and measure success across various recruitment campaigns.
