About the Role

This key position plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the safety and operational efficiency of our manufacturing facility as part of NDC Personnel & Contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site-specific projects to improve operational efficiency, contribute to planned and preventative maintenance systems, and oversee machinery procurement, design, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and maintain statutory records for machinery.
  • Mentor GMR 2.7a appointees to adhere to OHS Act regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field is required.
  • Certified Engineer (GCC) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an engineering role with strong planning and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
