Hospital Care Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursing Services Manager to join our team at Jordan HR. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Nursing Services Manager in developing and implementing the nursing strategic plan and sub-unit strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nursing Services Manager in developing and implementing the nursing strategic plan and sub-unit strategic plan.
- Deputise in the absence of the Nursing Services Manager.
- Attend meetings as requested by the Nursing Services Manager.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to nursing standards and policies.
- Support the selection and appointment of staff.
- Implement and monitor the induction of employees.
- Implement and monitor in-service training.
- Monitor and manage staff absenteeism.
- Implement a system for mentoring.
- Evaluate and correct job descriptions and the scope of practice of staff identified where necessary.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
