Animal Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Care Operations Manager to join our team at HR Supreme. As a Veterinary Hospital Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 24-hour Animal Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration and possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of support personnel and cleaning staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, growth, and morale.
- Conduct regular training sessions to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of hospital operations in collaboration with the hospital nurse.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Implement and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Client Relations and Customer Service:
- Oversee client relations to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Uphold quality standards in patient care, and treatment protocols.
- Implement quality assurance measures and performance metrics to evaluate and improve hospital services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Diploma in Animal Health or a Senior Certificate with Maths and Science as subjects.
- Prior experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
