Property Administration Role for Financial Expert

We are looking for an experienced Financial Expert to fill the role of a Property Administration professional. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing collections and following up on outstanding payments, checking and balancing for month-end reporting, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Your expertise in accounting software and practices will be valuable in ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Check and balance for month-end reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable accurately
- Reconcile bank statements regularly
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of experience in a finance administration role within the property industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
