- Monitor room availability and adjust accordingly
- Manage credit limit exceptions and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate departures, clear checkouts, and extend stays when necessary
- Update housekeeping room status for efficient inventory management
- Balance departmental finances through daily activity reports
- Ensure cashier shifts are accurate and balanced
- Inform guests about hotel amenities and services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service
- Document guest incidents and accidents for proper follow-up
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- One year of hospitality experience is required
- Cash handling and customer service skills are essential
- Attention to detail and knowledge of hotel operations are crucial
- Familiarity with local geography and community events is beneficial
