We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our team at Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians and service advisors to provide exceptional automotive services.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services that exceed customer expectations.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in service efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by responding promptly to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to implement innovative solutions that elevate service operations.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and inventory, to optimize service operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with Ford, Toyota, or VW brands is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analysing and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Effective planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of R650,000 per annum, plus benefits package, including medical aid, life insurance, and retirement fund contributions.
