Responsibilities
* Assign and manage tasks for building managers to ensure they meet deadlines.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of maintenance and repairs, ensuring emergency preparedness protocols are in place.
* Develop and manage property management budgets to optimize resources and achieve business objectives.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure the quality of work.
* Evaluate and select contractors based on quotes and project requirements.
* Monitor and report on the quality of work and progress of various projects.

Requirements
* Proven experience in building operations and facilities management.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and facilities management.
* Ability to lead, train, and guide staff and teams effectively.
