About the Role

">
  • We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to lead our TPM program at the site level.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and capability development impacting Safety, Quality, and performance at the site level.
  • You will execute and manage the implementation of TPM methodologies and capability development at the plant level, including supply chain technical competencies and functional competencies (CAD).
  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in leading teams and working within a manufacturing operational environment, with a strong background in operations, continuous improvement, quality, or supply chain management.
  • In addition, you should have 2+ years of practical experience with TPM implementation or other related World Class Manufacturing or Operational Excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execution and management of the company's TPM program at the site level, including the management of training and development linked to key strategic capabilities.
  2. Driving continuous improvement activities and capability development impacting Safety, Quality, and performance at the site level, including operational setup activities linked to the site.
  3. Executing and managing the implementation of TPM methodologies and capability development at the plant level, including supply chain technical competencies and functional competencies (CAD).
  4. Promoting alignment between pillars by participating as a key member in the Site Leadership pillar and effectively supporting all pillars with TPM route and tools implementation.
  5. Facilitating improvement activities and TPM fundamentals by being an active facilitator in improvement activities and UPS methodology, ensuring effective application of TPM tools and techniques through effective coaching and training programs.
  6. Planning, governance, and strategic support by governing the team's management process for all pillars, driving the execution of shopfloor excellence initiatives, and governing the implementation of TPM fundamentals.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading teams and working within a manufacturing operational environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, quality, or supply chain management experience required.
  • 2+ years of strong practical experience with TPM implementation or other related World Class Manufacturing or Operational Excellence programs.
  • Experience in executing learning and development programs in a supply chain environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Technical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Basic engineering knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills (UPS methodology, 5Why, Fishbone).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
