Financial Transaction Coordinator Opportunity

Hire Resolve is working with a leading FMCG company to find a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to manage their accounts payable.

This role involves processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payment documentation, and reconciling supplier statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices from suppliers
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment documentation
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payment schedules and process payments
  • Manage supplier queries and build strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate with Accounting/Mathematics
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
