Key Responsibilities

The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for capturing incoming invoices on the accounting software, sending internal invoices for approval, and tracking and recovery of internal invoices to ensure completion of transactions. Additionally, the role will involve preparation of remittances, maintenance of accounts payable age analysis, and archiving of processed invoices.

Requirements
  • Matric qualification
  • Financial qualification (degree or diploma) will be beneficial
  • Understanding of purchase/procurement and payment processes, as well as compliance with tax invoice requirements for VAT purposes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, email) essential
