About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders while providing excellent support to suppliers and internal stakeholders. They will also assist with payment run generation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoice, expense, and purchase order payments
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to supplier and internal queries
  • Reconcile statements to validate account balances
  • Assist with payment run generation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-function credit management
  • Previous experience working in a Shared Service Centre is highly desirable
  • A Matric (Grade 12) qualification or higher
  • A tertiary qualification in finance
