**Job Title:** Game Reserve Guide Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Field Guide to join our team as a Game Reserve Guide Specialist in Madikwe Game Reserve. As a key member of our ranger team, you will conduct game drives and bush walks with guests while ensuring a high-quality bush experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct game drives and bush walks with guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the ranger team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist in other areas of the lodge, such as maintenance, when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a field guide in a similar environment (Big 5 reserve) and at a lodge of similar level (high-end, 5-Star).
  • FGASA Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and entertaining skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
