**About the Role:**

Crew Life at Sea is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost control.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, fine dining establishment, you will possess a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost control
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the galley, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  3. Train and supervise a team of culinary staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  4. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  5. Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction

**Requirements:**

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, fine dining establishment

Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
