Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance and Repairs: Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including central plants, DX plants, VRV systems, and electrical panels.
  • Building Management Systems: Troubleshoot and maintain building management systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12: A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification is required.
  • HVAC Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a strong background in managing complex systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
  • Certifications: Nationally recognized HVAC Qualification, Trade Test Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and SAQCC Gas License for handling refrigerants.

Skills:

  • Planning and Organizing: Ability to systematically plan activities and projects for own team or department.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, including maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Decision Making: Ability to identify urgent decisions and act promptly to ensure successful project outcomes.

Working Conditions:

Work will be performed in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Language: English
