Investigation and Assessment
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Verify the authenticity of documents and evidence submitted by clients.
Collaboration and Compliance
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless claim handling processes.
- Ensure all claims handling practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in non-motorised short-term insurance claims processing or a related role.
