Client Service Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage daily operational aspects of the environment
- Support and mentor Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve it
- Facilitate process and system enhancements
- Develop and implement knowledge assessments for CRMs
- Design and implement work methods to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with Retail Team Leaders to propel an efficient Retail operation
- Engage with all Retail Teams to promote and encourage further progression of Retail culture
- Assist with recruitment, candidate selection, and building a strong pipeline of CRMs
- Deal with elevated client queries and escalations
- Prepare and present daily stats and environment reports
About You:
">- To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strategic client-focused mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- You will also need to have the ability to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire people, as well as build sustainable business relationships.
- You will be required to have advanced Excel skills and experience in the Linked Investment Service Provider (LISP) environment administration is preferable.
- You will also need to have experience in the following Financial Services industries: LISP, Collective Investment Schemes, Retirement Funds, Linked Life Companies, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
