As a key member of our Corporate Affairs department, you will play a critical role in evaluating and presenting applications for funding that contribute towards our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) socio development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and present applications for funding that align with our CSI socio development goals.
  • Perform financial due diligence to ensure risk identification and mitigation.
  • Monitor the utilization of disbursed funds and outcomes of all successful applications.
  • Ensure financial soundness of all CSI applications.
  • Design and negotiate financial and other relationships with applicants.
  • Participate in due diligence teams and ensure applications are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare budget proposals for inclusion in submissions for approval by the Corporate Affairs Committee.
  • Liaise with financial management department on all CSI disbursement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: BCom/Financial Management Degree.
  • At least 5-8 years related experience.
  • Experience in interpretation of financial statements.
  • Experience in financial reporting.
  • Experience in monitoring implementation of projects.
  • CSI specific knowledge would be advantageous.

  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management and customer focus.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Ability to speak more than one African Language.
