Job Description

As an experienced Administration and Marketing Consultant at HR-Simplified (Pty) Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities

Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance consumer confidence in micro-finance.
  • Identify key opportunities for innovation and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers and presentations.
Membership Services
  • Recruit and maintain relations with members to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
Administrative Support
  • Draft communication for members, staff, Board Members, and stakeholders as instructed.
  • Assist Operations Supervisor with research for communications and newsletters.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • 5+ years of employment experience in a similar role.
  • A relevant qualification in business or a related field.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
