NORTHPOINT REALTY GROUP is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Management Professional to lead and grow a team of Commercial and Residential Brokers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and management, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for driving the deal pipeline, managing attorney correspondence, and presenting weekly reports at operational meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the deal pipeline and manage attorney correspondence.
  • Maintain and update attorney follow-up documentation.
  • Present weekly reports at operational meetings.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring team attendance at training sessions.
  • Tracking progress and assessing KPIs, providing constructive feedback.
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the team, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

They will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating quarterly awards and recognition events.
  • Facilitating casual team-building sessions (e.g., coffee meetings).
  • Conducting at least one one-on-one review per month with each team member.

The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and inspire a team, and will be responsible for driving production and growth within the region.
