About the Role

The Customer Success Risk Executive will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and resolving drivers\u2019 issues within our Operations team. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management and customer success principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents)
  • Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)
  • Track Vehicles Daily Status
  • Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
  • Reduction of claims and accidents
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units
Requirements
  • Problemsolving techniques (5WHY and TQM) are a must
  • A good first degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience
  • Degree in any discipline
  • 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk
  • Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel)
  • Ability to manage people
  • The candidate must possess an eye for detail
