About the RoleThe Customer Success Risk Executive will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and resolving drivers\u2019 issues within our Operations team. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management and customer success principles.
Key Responsibilities- Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents)
- Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)
- Track Vehicles Daily Status
- Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
- Reduction of claims and accidents
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units
- Problemsolving techniques (5WHY and TQM) are a must
- A good first degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Degree in any discipline
- 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk
- Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel)
- Ability to manage people
- The candidate must possess an eye for detail
- Contact to drivers in case of critical alerts
- Weekly accident rate
- Weekly apprehension rate
- Loss of asset
- Weekly issues resolution rate
- Drivers compliance and enforcement
