We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Claims Administrator Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Allocate new claim files to claims handlers in accordance with guidelines.
  • Make payments on any bordereaux/bulk payment arrangements to suppliers.
  • Conduct AskCue PI and Cache checks on all appropriate claims.
  • Provide ad hoc support to PI claims handlers and team leaders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
