Job Description

Job Title: HR Administrator Human Resources

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at HR Genie. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing HR service delivery across the HR value chain, realising efficiencies across the university.

  • Accurately categorise and capture information, including identifying problems, changes, and/or flag document and data integrity issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Remove or flag procedural obstacles to quality data and data capturing accuracy.
  • Data and information processed and captured within standards and guidelines.
  • Appointment of employees, including creating employee profiles, service records, and allocating relevant codes.
  • Maintaining employee data, updating profiles, and leave records, as well as terminating employee service records.
  • General queries, including attending to front-line queries, processing payroll data, and executing HR front office procedures.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12, minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.
