Front Desk Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins, verify identities, assign rooms, and activate room keys
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure rates match market codes
- Compile daily reports, logs, and contingency lists, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance receipts
- Serve as a first point of contact for guests, respond to their needs, and follow up to ensure requests are met
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges, secure bank, and obtain manual authorizations
Requirements:
- Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service industry an advantage
