Position Overview:
The Front Desk Manager and Client Liaison will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations of our boutique, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the business. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front desk operations, handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized services.
  4. Support the sales team by guiding clients through the boutique, showcasing products, and assisting with fittings and consultations.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and studio space at all times.
