**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven financial planner to join our team as a Senior Financial Planner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in holistic financial planning, advice, and sales in risk insurance, savings, and investments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional financial services to clients and members, sourcing, retaining, and growing a client base through implementing PPS financial solutions that meet their needs.

This is a commission-based role with a competitive risk commission structure, offering a commission split on a range of 55% to 110%. The ideal candidate will be a graduate themselves familiar with servicing the degreed professional market, holding 4-year or higher qualifications that align with PPS' niche market.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have formal qualifications such as FAIS recognised NQF level 6 and above, RE 5 completed, and successful completion of supervisory process. Additionally, you must have experience and knowledge in high-performance sales environments, understanding of the dynamics of the professional client market, and proficiency in MS Office.
