Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for network and infrastructure issues.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco switches and access points.
  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification
  • Diploma/degree in IT or relevant field
  • CCNA certification (essential)
  • ITIL certification (essential)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 1-2 years of experience working with third-party vendors
  • Driver's license (essential)
