As a Sushi Chef at Wild Dreams Hospitality, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish. You will also prepare appetizers, soups, and salads that are close to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine.

Additionally, you will manage and lead the kitchen staff in the head chef's absence, coordinate with wait staff to ensure proper cooking, and provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff members.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Matric Certificate and a Culinary Diploma preferred. You will also need to have 4 years of previous experience in a senior chef role and experience with Japanese cuisine.

Additionally, you will need to have work experience as a Sushi Chef, good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques, and own transport with a valid driver's license.

You will also need to have the ability to work fast and accurately, leadership and management skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Furthermore, you will need to have basic computer skills, exceptional customer-service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills.

You will also need to have attention to detail, availability to work within opening hours, and the ability to work under pressure.
