Sushi Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish.

• Menu Creation: Develop and prepare a diverse sushi menu that showcases your culinary expertise and creativity.
• Food Preparation: Prepare appetizers, soups, and salads that align with the philosophy of Japanese cuisine.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the kitchen staff in the absence of the head chef, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food preparation.
• Coordination: Work closely with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff members on line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
• Quality Control: Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients, including proper dating and quality assurance.
• Waste Reduction and Budgeting: Implement strategies to reduce waste and manage budgetary concerns.
• Collaboration: Work with the head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities.
• Hygiene and Safety: Monitor and maintain hygiene and health and safety principles in the kitchen.
