The Legends Agency is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our recruitment services team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales acumen to make 50-60 calls daily to potential clients in the UK, introducing and selling our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling: Engage with decision-makers in the UK to promote our services and meet daily sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling to expand our client base.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively position our services and drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure our services remain competitive.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Education: Grade 12
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Resilience: High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
