Financial Administrator

The Sagen Advisory group in Cape Winelands is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper or Financial Administrator to support their business growth. This role will provide financial management and accounting services to the team, including recording and reviewing financial transactions.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of solid bookkeeping experience in a similar role, with an accounting related qualification. Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and advanced Excel is a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company financial information effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the Junior Accountant and Senior Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Process cash books, allocate income and expenses, and maintain accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile accounts and manage petty cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist with financial audits and investigate discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Matric (with Accounting and / or Mathematics).
- Recognised Accounting qualification.
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Experience of ERP Accounting systems (Navision or BC365).
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Power BI.
