Job Summary

This role combines financial administrative duties with human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee records management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and human resources, with experience in payroll administration and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Responsibilities:
    • Process payroll accurately and efficiently
    • Ensure statutory compliance
    • Manage leave and attendance
    • Respond to payroll queries
    • Maintain accurate records
  • HR Responsibilities:
    • Recruit and onboard new employees
    • Manage employee records and data
    • Develop and implement employee relations strategies
    • Provide training and development opportunities
    • Administer benefits and compensation
  • Finance Responsibilities:
    • Manage financial administration and reporting
    • Ensure financial compliance and accuracy
    • Perform other financial duties as required
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the finance and HR teams
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in payroll administration or finance
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role combining HR, payroll, and finance functions
