Financial Administrator/Creditors Clerk Position in Stellenbosch Region

Lotus HR and Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join their team in the Stellenbosch/Helderberg region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial administration tasks and managing creditors effectively.
Job Overview:The role involves processing and reconciling creditors' accounts, preparing payments, and performing creditor reconciliations. You will also handle queries and resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile creditors' accounts on BuildSmart or Xero or QuickBooks software.
- Prepare payments and perform creditor reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Handle customer queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis as required.
The successful candidate should have a Matric qualification, preferably with Accounting as a subject, and 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial processes are essential for this position.
