We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Dananda Talent. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring that all employee interactions are positive and productive.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employee relations, including conflict resolution, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. They will be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively, communicate professionally with all levels of employees and management, and handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

The job requires the ability to complete tasks on time and meet commitments, and to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a high-integrity individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, ensuring positive and productive interactions;
  • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and training to employees;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment;
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports on incidents and complaints;
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification;
  • Professional Certification in Human Resource / Business Administration, or related field;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to pass background checks and a valid driver's license.
