We are seeking a proactive leader with at least three years of experience in housing and grounds management, preferably within agriculture, to oversee the maintenance of high living standards for employees in our on-farm accommodation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, handling disputes, managing security threats, and liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising housing committee activities
  • Managing stock records
  • Liaising with management and stakeholders
  • Handling upkeep of entertainment facilities
  • Managing waste removal
  • Overseeing environmental tasks like alien vegetation clearance
