Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee the maintenance of high living standards for employees in our on-farm accommodation. This includes coordinating maintenance, handling disputes, managing security threats, and legal housing matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising housing committee activities, managing stock records, and liaising with management and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in housing and grounds management, preferably within agriculture
  • Strong organizational skills and team leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Xhosa
  • Knowledge of labour laws, including the ESTA Act, is highly advantageous
