**Job Overview:**

As a Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients' sponsorships by managing the measurement process and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to enhance our clients' marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture the client's sponsorship measurement model, driving efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.
  2. Spearhead 'impact marketing' as a central business objective, ensuring effective measurement and reporting on clients' campaigns and sponsorships.
  3. Gather, assess, and leverage pertinent marketing and sponsorship data to generate actionable insights and strategic plans, focusing on campaign optimization.
  4. Formulate and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, pinpointing areas for enhancement and highlighting campaign successes.
  5. Lead the incorporation of software tools, including SQL, Power BI, and external marketing measurement tools, enhancing data management and visualization capabilities.
  6. Foster connections with clients and partners, facilitating the acquisition of essential data for reporting and analysis.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Analytics Executive to construct and uphold a repository of historical information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  8. Infuse data insights into the overarching campaign strategy, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, marketing, or similar qualification, with courses in data analysis and statistical modeling.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic proficiency in SQL, with experience in data querying and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization in Power BI, with an understanding of data storytelling principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics methods, with an understanding of key metrics for measuring campaign success.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
