Financial Administrator Supervisor

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager in our Alternative Asset Services Division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing accounting aspects, and supervising junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate administration and accounting.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Work closely with the Manager and Director to plan, coordinate, and complete NAVs (Net Asset Values).
- Prepare and implement entity-specific procedures to meet administration and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory obligations, including listing requirements and client reporting.
- Act as a point of contact with auditors, coordinating audits and assisting with their completion.
- Verify that reporting meets entity and statutory requirements, including local law, GAAP, or IFRS principles.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification, such as CA(S) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year post-articles experience.
- Minimum three years' experience in the fund industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering laws.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
