About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in our Alternative Asset Services Division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing accounting aspects, and supervising junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate administration and accounting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Work closely with the Manager and Director to plan, coordinate, and complete NAVs (Net Asset Values).
  • Prepare and implement entity-specific procedures to meet administration and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory obligations, including listing requirements and client reporting.
  • Act as a point of contact with auditors, coordinating audits and assisting with their completion.
  • Verify that reporting meets entity and statutory requirements, including local law, GAAP, or IFRS principles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification, such as CA(S) or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year post-articles experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in the fund industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering laws.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
