Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at HR Genie. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in an HR administration role. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and process HR documents, including offers, contracts, and transfer letters.
  • Support the HR team in invoice processing and tracking.
  • Manage employee information on the Sage system.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
