Lead Strategic Consultant

At AKQA, our Strategic Consultants play a pivotal role in understanding and enhancing our clients' business objectives. By working closely with account management, creative teams, and media specialists, they act as a bridge between client needs and consumer insights.

Our team comprises individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, leveraging market intelligence, data analytics, and emerging trends to drive innovation and identify new opportunities.

We are looking for a skilled Lead Strategic Consultant to become a part of our vibrant team.

Located within the AKQA performance and business consulting division, you will be immersed in a culture that champions meritocracy and agility, serving clients on a global scale.

You will report directly to the Strategy Director and collaborate closely to guide the team towards success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the client's target audiences, goals, and priorities to craft customized strategies.
  • Manage significant client engagements and relationships across Europe and the UK, with a focus on media strategies, digital transformation, business modeling, and audience engagement.
  • Develop strategic insights regarding client challenges and opportunities, promoting stakeholder involvement beyond traditional marketing realms.
  • Offer direction for projects requiring collaboration across different studios, ensuring effective and meaningful results.
  • Design channel ecosystems and digital customer experiences.
  • Skilled in conducting both primary and secondary research, adapting approaches based on available resources.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of AKQA's methodologies and drive internal innovation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • A strong sense of curiosity with an ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Numerical and commercial acumen, including skills in business modeling, financial forecasting, basic data analysis, and media strategy.
  • Adept at distilling complex topics into clear, understandable concepts.
  • Recognized for innovative and creative thinking, simplifying intricate issues.
  • Passionate about teamwork, open-minded, and capable of collaborating with diverse individuals.
  • Exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
