  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Implement a systematic approach to track sales inquiries and orders.
  • Provide quotations via phone and email.
  • Process sales orders using Syspro.
  • Source inventory from approved suppliers, both standard and custom.
  • Monitor outstanding back orders daily and facilitate invoice releases for shipping.
  • Expedite sales orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Update customer discount structures within Syspro.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse/Dispatch Manager regarding shipment logistics.
  • Participate in all relevant meetings.
  • Collaborate with external sales personnel.
  • Accompany external team members on client visits.
  • Generate leads for the external sales team.
  • For quotes exceeding R20,000, consult with management.
  • Follow up on all quotes and provide copies to the external representative.
  • Coordinate orders with the assigned external representative.
  • Maintain low credit levels and adhere to the credit policy.
  • Assist with inventory counts as needed.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of pumps, including applications and technical specifications.
  • Syspro proficiency is essential.

You will also be expected to undertake any additional tasks assigned by your managers.
