About the Role

The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to management and driving business outcomes.

Key Objectives:
  • To develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with management and employees.
  • To analyse HR trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • To provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and leadership skills.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist roles.
  • Experience within the cleaning industry is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
