Job Title: Assistant Manager Logistics Exports

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the efficient supply of service parts to Export Distributors, prioritizing a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Service Parts supply to all Export Distributors.
  • Guarantee compliance with Customs Requirements in Service Parts Operations.
  • Resolve customer queries with a sense of urgency and provide timely responses.
  • Manage customer orders and stabilize order fulfillment processes.
  • Enhance and adhere to TSAM customer supply-related activities.
  • Promote a culture of quality and safety within the work environment.
  • Measure and evaluate key performance areas to drive improvement.
  • Identify and address abnormalities in distributor orders.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 8 credits in Supply Chain Management or International Trade (Import and export) or equivalent.
  • Advantageous: NQF Level 6 and postgraduate qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing working experience.
  • Dealer network experience, particularly in Parts and Service, is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Export Business and knowledge of Customs Act.
  • Project Management skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of PC literacy in MS Office.
  • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong customer handling skills.
