Job Title: Financial Administration

Isilumko Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administration professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial stop order deductions and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Retrieve and extract deduction request files from Aims, preparing them for submission to various institutions.
  • Follow up on deduction requests distributed by Hyphen and ensure accurate reflection of receipts.
  • Request feedback from institutions to support deposits made into the CSO bank account.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation between bank statements and transactions allocated on Aims.
  • Prepare journals for posting to Sage and calculate amounts to be refunded to policyholders.
  • Process refund requests and identify related Aims transactions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and calculations based on premium received and applicable increases.
Requirements:
  • Matric with mathematics and accounting.
  • National diploma (an advantage).
  • 1 Year of finance experience (an advantage).
  • Exposure to the insurance industry and working knowledge of Aims.
