The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TPRM, with experience in managing third-party risks and developing assessment methodologies.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement-related software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bank's strategic sourcing initiatives while prioritizing TPRM throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement third-party risk processes, procurement strategies, and the systems that support them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, staying current with changes in regulations and aligning procurement processes with leading industry best practices.
  • Identify areas for optimization in sourcing processes based on a continuous improvement approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in TPRM, in a sourcing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in third-party risk management; banking experience is advantageous.
  • An advanced understanding of cloud computing technologies, architectures, and standards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience implementing third-party risk management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement-related software.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (Finance, Technology, Procurement).
