Job Title: Talent Specialist

MNA Recruitment offers a challenging opportunity for a Talent Specialist to join our Pharmaceutical and Medical/Surgical department, based in KZN, North Coast.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage client relationships, source and select top talent, and drive business growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Marketing & Business Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Achieving Monthly and Quarterly Placement Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly placement targets through effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Advertising Vacancies: Create and place advertisements in various media sources to attract top talent.
  • Identifying Suitable Candidates: Utilize company databases and social media networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Receiving and Reviewing Applications: Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to clients.
  • Online Database Management: Accurately capture and manage candidate and client data, including interactions and feedback.
  • Conducting Reference and Background Checks: Verify candidate suitability prior to submitting applications.
  • Preparing CVs: Create and send CVs to clients for review.
  • Organizing Interviews: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Briefing and Coaching Candidates: Prepare candidates for interviews, providing guidance on corporate conduct and professionalism.
  • Informing Candidates on Interview Feedback: Communicate feedback to candidates following interviews.
  • Negotiating Salary Expectations: Finalize agreements between clients and candidates.
  • Offering Advice on Career Progression: Provide guidance to clients and candidates on career development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant: Proven track record in recruitment consulting, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Digital Sourcing: Demonstrated success in online sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry: In-depth understanding of the industry, including trends and best practices.
  • Valid Driver's License & Own Reliable Vehicle: Ability to travel to client sites and conduct interviews.
  • Excellent IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
