Key Responsibilities
  • Apply strong business acumen to identify problems, uncover opportunities, and present actionable solutions.

  • Assist business stakeholders across departments with data requests and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Work collaboratively with department stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and clarify reporting procedures.
Requirements

To thrive in our fast-growing scale-up environment, you need to be efficient in achieving outcomes. It's essential to learn from our existing models and systems, maintaining and optimizing them as necessary.

  • Experience: 35 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • SQL & Dashboarding: Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dashboarding tools are essential.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience in Python, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or PowerBI is advantageous.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
    • Strong business acumen with industry experience advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, BSc/BCom in Statistics, or a related field.
  • Interest: A keen interest in ecommerce delivery services and trends.
