About the Role

The Technology Innovation Agency is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Strategic Coordinator for Health and Indigenous Knowledge Systems. This role will be responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of the unit, ensuring effective investment management processes and timely knowledge transfer.

The successful candidate will provide coordinator services between two Business Units - Health and Indigenous Knowledge Systems. They will work closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the unit's operational budget, including drafting, capturing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on expenditures.
  • Ensure that internal and external customers are aware of the unit's offerings and mandate.
  • Attend to cases on the CRM system and allocate them to the correct Portfolio/Programme Manager within 48 hours.
  • Enable the unit to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients by arranging workshops and meetings as required.
