About the Job

The HR Business Partner will provide HR support and services to our employees and management in Cape Town. The role involves providing administrative support and services to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Place job adverts on relevant recruitment portals, screen and source suitable candidates, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, build a recruitment database, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure new engagement packs are submitted to the Payroll department.
  • Onboarding: Induct new staff, prepare induction packs, facilitate induction.
  • HR Administration: Organise and maintain HR records, follow up on general HR administration issues, handle disciplinary and performance matters with HR guidance, assist line managers in drafting warnings, act as an HR representative in disciplinary enquiries, conduct exit interviews, respond to human resources-related enquiries, and effectively handle all HR-related administration.
  • Office Administration: Direct office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies, assist clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, prepare agendas, make travel arrangements, maintain calendars for senior management, oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution, maintain office supplies inventory, maintain records, documentation, and files, particularly complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
