Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Projects Engineer to join our team, responsible for coordinating and implementing projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations. This position requires a Mechanical Engineering qualification or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience within the Fluid Mechanics Pumps Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing: Apply an aggressive sales plan to achieve sales, profits, and growth targets, in collaboration with the Managing Director. Promote service, spare parts, and contract functions, and analyze sources of tender information.
  2. Customer Service: Provide advice and support to customers on company products, prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, and paperwork to satisfy company and customer requirements, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
  3. Technical Support: Stay up-to-date with new technology and products within the scope of supply, conduct market-related research on new industries and products, and ensure compliance with the company's Environmental Health and Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Mechanical Engineering qualification or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the Fluid Mechanics Pumps Industry.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional languages advantageous.
